The Yachting Mentor Corporate Events can accommodate groups of up to 20 people.

Team Building/Management Programme - No prior sailing experience is required.

Like a well-run organization, sailing requires a captain and crew to plan and work together to meet a common goal, divide responsibilities, coordinate activities, communicate and work effectively as a team.

The Yachting Mentor Basic Teambuilding Programme includes:

  • Corporate branding on board the yacht
  • An introduction to sailing with dockside instruction
  • Learning sail control and basic manoeuvres in the harbour
  • Learning each function on a sailboat, including rigging, steering, sheet control and navigation.  (Team members rotate functions to learn new skills and gain better appreciation for each team member's contributions)
  • Lunch (or dinner)
  • A relaxing end of day cruise to enjoy a glass of champagne and discuss the sailing experience.
